Our Warehouse
The GSF Events warehouse is a fully optimized three-floors logistics hub designed to meet the specific demands of the event industry. Each floor is structured into different sections to ensure efficient organization and smooth equipment management.
Space Distribution:
Lighting: Storage and preparation of all lighting equipment, from projectors and moving heads to DMX controllers.
Sound: A dedicated area for audio equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, mixing consoles, and microphones.
Video: Houses LED screens, projectors, cameras, and other broadcasting and capturing equipment.
Trussing & Rigging: Storage for aluminum trusses, motors, and accessories essential for safe stage setups.
IT Equipment: A section for IT and networking gear crucial for event operations (servers, switches, control systems).
Staging & Deco: A space dedicated to stage elements and event decoration (dance floors, podiums, scenographic elements).
Logistics: A key area for managing transport, storage, and dispatching of equipment for events.
Workshop & Infrastructure
Fabrication Workshop: A dedicated workspace for designing and customizing flight cases, ensuring maximum protection for all equipment.
Freight Elevator: Lifts designed for transporting equipment between the differtents levels, making logistics smoother and reducing workload.
